The developers, Kensington Development Partners from Illinois and IM Properties from England, are collaborating with Arizona-based SanTan Development Group, the site's longtime landowners. John Schoditsch, Founding Principal of Kensington, expressed enthusiasm for the project, emphasizing its potential to attract sought-after retailers. The first phase will also include three standalone retail pads, with leasing already in progress.
