The strategic location provides visibility from both the highway and the marina promenade, with a unique boat-in option available. Catherine Soper, the Port’s Chief of Business Development & Tourism, described the opportunity as a chance to be part of Everett's transforming waterfront. The area has seen significant foot traffic, with over 1.6 million visits in 2024, and is expected to grow further with new developments. The Port aims to attract a high-end steakhouse or experiential dining concept that aligns with the region's evolving dining scene.
