The adult team with the most runners will win a $500 party at Burien Pizzeria, while local schools can earn $500 for the most affiliated runners. Fred Swanson, Executive Director of the Highline Schools Foundation, highlighted the importance of community support for this beloved event. The foundation utilizes funds raised to provide essential resources like school supplies and innovative learning opportunities. The after-party will feature games, sponsor booths, and food, with a beer garden for adults. Registration for the event is open, and numerous sponsors are supporting the initiative.
