In July 2024, she advanced to the role of Administrative Services Director/Deputy City Manager, highlighting her capability and leadership within the organization. Beyond her duties in Brea, Griffith serves as Treasurer for both the Orange County City Managers Association and the Integrated Law and Justice Agency of Orange County. Her previous roles include Director of Financial Management and Strategic Planning for the City of Irvine and Director of Finance for the Santa Margarita Water District. Griffith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Services from San Diego State University, further underscoring her qualifications for this pivotal role.
